It reads very well. The flowy graphic on the left side draws the viewer's eye directly to the large G and E, and the s-curve of the wing graphic on the right pulls the eye up and out of the image. Well done!

Pretty, pretty! Its very nice! Its overly detailed, but not awfully simple either! Its perfectly readable, and eye-catching with the traditional b/w goin' on.

It's readable. Only, if It's supposed to imply an actual eye with the title inside/overlapping it, you need another bit of gryphon somewhere in the upper right (maybe over the "The"). But otherwise its pretty and doesn't have too many distracting details.
